4. Carefully protect the motor and electrical equipment, and do not allow sludge and water to enter the motor and control box.
5. It is forbidden to place any tools on the filter belt or in the machine to avoid accidents.

1. When the filter press is started, the operator must stick to his post and pay attention to the working state of the filter press at any time, whether there is any abnormal noise and smell: whether there is any debris entering the sludge pump or the filter press; Whether the cleanliness of the filter cloth is normal and the flushing water supply is normal.
2. Check the water level in the air-water separator of the air compressor and the oil level in the oil mist device in each shift. If necessary, drain water and add lubricating oil under no pressure.
3. At the end of each shift, the operator must:
(1) Clean the compressor (including all accessories) inside and outside, ensure that the filter cloth of the filter press is clean, the inside and outside are clean, the site is clean, and there is no mud or scale accumulation.
(2) Clean the mud scraper with a wooden scraper and scrub it clean.

3. Weekly:
1. Sludge metering pump, flocculant metering pump and filtrate pump:
(1) Check the sludge metering pump, flocculant metering pump and driving part to solve the abnormal situation of water leakage (mud) and driving device.
(2) check the filtrate pump water and leakage.
(3) Clean the flocculant mixing and dilution equipment; clean the flocculant diffuser (if used).
2. Air compressor:
(1) Check the oil level of the air compressor and add enough oil when it is insufficient.
(2) Drain the condensed water from the gas storage tank.
(3) Clean the air filter.
(4) Manually check the function of the safety valve of the air compressor.
3. Filter press:
(1) All rolling bearings are filled with calcium-based or lithium-based grease.
(2) Add calcium-based grease to the transmission gear.
(3) Clean the guide roller slide and add grease.
(4) Add lubricating oil to the bracket of the belt guide and tensioning cylinder and the U-ring pin.
(5) Check the filtrate tank and bottom tank in the drainage area and pressure area, and wash the deposited sludge.
(6) Check the rubber water seal on each rotating shaft and reset if necessary.
(7) Check the filter belt.
4. monthly:
1. Check all drive motors once, mainly temperature rise and sound.
2. Do a full system functional check of the control operation box.
5. Quarterly:
1. Check the air compressor production capacity.
2. Fill the roller bearing of the belt conveyor with lubricating oil.
6. annually:
1. Replace the air compressor oil.
2. Replace the motor gearbox oil.
3. Check the rotating bearing of filtrate pump and refill grease.
4. Check all bearings of the filter press and replace the grease.
